What would cause the category field not to choose the first option after typing the following characters: suppose the user wants to choose the option called "pharmacy" they type the letters "ph" and it directs them to the pharmacy option. Currently when they type "ph" it is directing to the first item that starts with the letter "p" and not pharmacy. It is working correctly in QA and DEV but I cannot find the differences in the field properties.

Actually its affecting all letters...I just tried "D" and it will default to the first item that start with the letter chosen.
Hi Rawish....thanks for the help. Yes it will not change no matter how long you wait. There are only 4 items that begin with the letter P and it always defaults to the "PD" item.

it sounds to me as more of a performance issue.
there is no setup that you can do in crm for this things - its by default and did you type "ph" and waited for sometime?
