I'm having problems using icverify with microsoft dynamics rms. I'm using icverify version 4.04 with rms 2.0. I get denied on rms while when processing in icverify I pass.

ICVerify version 4 changed how the integration worked. They went from a clear text file to an encrypted text file. This was necessary to meat PCI compliance.
Call your processor and tell them you need a profile built for TSYS / Vital. They should be able to use this platform. If they cant then there are plenty for merchant service providers in the US that can.
The integrated processing used the TSYS / Vital platform and this is PCI certified.
One cannot use ICV any longer. It is not PCI compliant on the way it communicated with RMS.
