Hi there,
I'm setting up a quick demo with social engagement but doesn't seem to be working for me.
I set the role to look for the keyword CS_SENTIMENT, when I'm creating the rule it finds one post
but when I move into the Analytic dashboard, there is no posts shown
what is the condition for a twitter post to be shown? is there a check around the number of followers of the twitter account?
Juan
Thanks Ian.
What I'm after really is to understand how the logic behind the social engagement works, how it selects a tweet over another one. I did a bit of more digging and the reason the post is not showing it's probably because the social engagement interprets it as a noise (the tweet just says "this is a test #CS_SENTIMENT"), I tried with a longer and more meaningful tweets and they did show up in the dashboard.
Thanks for your answer
Juan
Hi,
what you see in the preview and what you see in the analytics view are not always the same as the preview is showing you what could be picked up. Also if it was posted prior to your search being setup it may not be captured. Try posting again to see if its picked up. Also you may need to wait a couple of hours before it starts gathering data as its now real time.
