Tracing Origin of Purchase Order

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

Is there a way to trace purchase orders to its origin?

How could I distinguish purchase order arose from planned orders to the one users have registered?

Sincerely,

ABTS

Hi, you have different menu item access :

    - /Procurement and sourcing/Common/Purchase orders/All purchase orders

    - /Procurement and sourcing/Common/Purchase orders/Planned  purchase orders

Other thing, in the General tab (upper right) of a PO, you have a "related information" and you will find the origin. If Planned PO is empty that means the creation is not issued from the MRP.
