When I run the Customer Statement funtion in Business Central it only generates statements for customers on prepayments. What am I missing?

What steps did you follow and is there customization added to your tenant or OnPrem environment?

Go to Windows>Services>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Now restart Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Services and then again run customer statement funtion.
