Hi

Is there any way to change the opening balance of G\L Accounts and Inventory?

    Yes. Use General Journal for G/L Accounts and Item Journal for Inventory.

    SO after the posting of my customer opening, if i Reverse the G/L Entries Of  Control Account, will it reflect the Customer Ledger entry as well?

    With Boolean Reverse Yes.
