Is there a way to generate a report in BC account schedules with each dimension value (values within the same dimension) shown in a separate column. Something like below:

Hope you are well.
Regarding your question, and even we can combine Account Schedules with Analysis by Dimensions, you will not be able to see the Dimensions names when exporting data to Excel.
I would suggest you to work with Analysis by Dimensions instead Account Schedules, in this way you will be able to select which data should be displayed at lines and columns.
In case you set your Analysis by Dimensions to displayed the data as:
Lines - GL Account
Columns = Dimension Department (or other)
you will get same result as you described.
