I'm hoping someone can help me.
Currently when posting invoices I am having to manually insert the correct date in each of the Invoice Date Fields. Is there a quicker way of updating the invoice date fields, perhaps when I insert the first date the rest of the fields will automatically update?

Agree with Mattigo. I would say that you need a small customization to achieve what you want to automate.

The screenshot shows a column for the invoice date which is not standard on this position. Can you check if you have a customization here?
Have you also tested the 'Late selection' option? This will disable some fields which will be automatically set when running via the batch framework.
Moved to the Dynamics AX forum as the screenshot suggests it is related to AX 2012.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Its when I am posting daily invoices. Via Sales Ledger-Periodic-Invoice-Daily Invoice. I have inserted the Sales Order numbers for the invoices. I'm then having to copy and paste the relevant date into each 'invoice date' columns. Is it even possible to select the entire column and insert the correct date rather than going into each field and entering it in manually?
