PO unit price greyed out

I am not able to change the unit price of a PO item which is based on PR. In the PR I don't mention any price. Therefore after converting to PO I want to change the unit price. But in PO unit price is greyed out.

Please help.

    The only logic I could find that relates to whether the unit price can be edited had to do with whether it was already invoice matched or whether it was an inter-company purchase order.  Do either of those apply to your purchase order?

    PO is in draft status. Not invoiced and no inter-company setup.

    Is it just the Purchase price that cannot be edited, or the entire Purchase order line?

    Yes only Purchase Price. How can I debug what makes it greyed out ?
