I am sending email within in dynamics 365 crm but ı dont see it in outlook or owa for sent items.What can ı do?

Hi Selda, have you tried checking in the Settings>>Email Configuration area? In the Mailboxes section you have to approve email addresses for the mailbox. Then you can test email by 'Test and Enable Mailboxes'
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
