Use {null(Channel Properties)} in custom entity

Hello,

I know there is the magic value {null(Channel Properties)} which solves problem when creating a case in record creation rules. Can I somehow use it in my custom entity? I need it to solve the problem when a sender doesn't have the a contact in CRM and this {null(Channel Properties)} value will wait until it's been created and add it to a field.
