Process to send email to customer will not send email

Hi everyone,

So my issue is that we have an enquiry table set up for people who enquiry about a hotel booking.

What we want to do is automatically send an email to the customer when they email an enquiry.

So I set up a process that will reply to the customer with an email.

The email does not send though the reason being is that the from field gets switched to the systems email we have set up which is disabled.

This should be disabled. How do I stop it from getting sent from the system email and instead send from the sales agent we have set up?

    Hi,

    Click into View properties, and print screen the setting again.

    I suspect you didnt put any email under "From", you should put the sales agent dynamcially in "From".

    Please explain what do you wantto say by below line:

    Hi Jonathan, I think you may struggle with this within Business Central. As standard, the system will send out from one global e-mail address that's setup via the Assisted Setup. I don't believe there's yet a way to send out from the e-mail of the Salesperson that is sending the information. But from the sounds of it, this sounds like more of a CRM (D365 for Sales) issues rather than a Business Central one?
