Hi everyone,
So my issue is that we have an enquiry table set up for people who enquiry about a hotel booking.
What we want to do is automatically send an email to the customer when they email an enquiry.
So I set up a process that will reply to the customer with an email.
The email does not send though the reason being is that the from field gets switched to the systems email we have set up which is disabled.
This should be disabled. How do I stop it from getting sent from the system email and instead send from the sales agent we have set up?
