Hi,
I try to recall an order in MPOS using the POS Operation "Recall order". I use the filter, and find my order. When I mark the order, and press "Edit", I get transfered back to the transaction screen, but the lines are empty.
The sales order is created Back Office in "All sales order", and has Status = "Open order" and Document status = "None".
What could be the problem of this? Is there any setup missing?

It would be great if you could share the screenshot.
Usually you can see the sales orders at screen but if you're not sharing same Delivery method what is assigned to Retail Parameter and Sales order it shows as blank.
Make sure you're recalling and trying to modify 'Retail Sales Order'.

What do you mean by empty lines - no lines at all or lines with zero quantities?
I would suggest to try using Fiddler to track what response POS received - probably, it received error and just did not display it
