All of a sudden some of my users are getting a "Failed to connect to SharePointSite" error when they try to access documents in CRM. Both CRM and SharePoint are in the cloud. This has worked without issue for over a month since we converted to cloud CRM.
Out of nowhere this started happening.
I've This is happening on my admin account as well, so I don't think its a permission issue. Another admin can access documents fine.
We have tried Chrome and IE, tried rebooting, and all that. Issue persists for those users that get the error. But it's not all of our staff.
I can also access the document folders directly in SharePoint, so they do exist as expected.
Any ideas? Or will I need to open a ticket with MS Support?
