Need your help, in of our env. Dev box excel add in is not working.
Getting following error when i click on office button on any form.

Did this work before? Do you have some customizations in this environment? Probably customizations related to data entities? If you have created new entities, check if the label, PublicCollectionName and PublicEntityName do have unique values across all data entities. If you have duplicated a data entity, you need to change it to make it unique.
Have you tried already to to make a full build and sync?

Actually i am functional consultant but i will check this with my technical team.
Earlier it was working, recently we refreshed this with UAT after that it started throwing error.

I had a similar problem in the past but with another error msg. In my case I solved it by using the button "Reload system templates" the "Document templates". Keep in mind that this will remove modifications you did in this area.
