Hi Experts,

I developed a report as shown in above image. But the issue is with me it showing good but with client who request for it is not showing its actual layout check the above 2 images.

No the user who has this issue has all the permission, but i am checking this again then i will reply here.But with other user and with me it is ok.

Hi Shabir,

Do the different users have the correct permissions to print all data? Could it be related to printer or paper settings?

Are the boxes on pre-printed paper or also part of the report design?

Thanks For your reply, i customized this Report Cust Aging Report but this report i checked with other user it is ok only with one user this issue is !!

Hi Shabir,

Is it a completely new report or you added a new design for the existing report? At least on the second screenshot there some kind of header which is missing from the first screenshot.
