Hi Vonash,
If you are using Dynamics 365 then you have a dedicated workspace to follow up on the purchase orders.
There is a tile which says "Registered not received orders"
This will filter all purchase orders which are registered but not yet received.

Try to use Inventory management/Inquiries/Transactions/Transactions.
Filter by Receipt status = Registered. The information about Purchase number can be found on the General tab. But if you want to review it on the grid then you will need to personalize this form and add Reference and Number fields from Inventory transaction originator
