Will this effect the loading time or anything related if we create more than 20 work stream in a single environment

Hi,

I would like to inquire about any potential drawbacks or issues related to using omni-channel customer service. Specifically, I am wondering if there might be any concerns related to loading time or other factors that could impact the effectiveness of this approach.

    Hi Partner.

    There is no Microsoft documentation that mentions the number of workstreams that can affect omnichannel performance.
