I suspect there is a setting or permissions (I am a systems Administrator) issue, but I have added a new custom field to the form, and I can save it as a new view.
However i want to save it to the Standard and Employee view.
Is this possible ? I then

I don't think standard view can be updated, you have to create a new view and set it as the default
