Hi All,
One of the user in my company cannot print purchase order confirmation. He encounters this error:
A currency to convert from is required to retrieve exchange rate information
But only for this user alone. The purchase order have been confirmed and received. Any idea what went wrong?

I tried using another user with the same role access in the same legal entity and the error still occurs. But I can print the purchase order with the system administrator role.
I've also tried giving the user the access to another legal entity, and the user can print the report too. Cleared the UAC files and usage data. Any settings I missed?

The security is the same with another user in another legal entity. But the other user in another legal entity can print this report just fine. I have cleared the usage data for that user and deleted the AUC files for that user also.

Hi raymonmon,
If only one user has issue with this report and everyone else could print it without any issues it's either security or usage data (try to reset it) or cache (try to clean AUC files) .
