I was using ribbon workbench and accidently clicked customise button instead of the customise command, so I then clicked the un-customise button. After I finished I published but noticed the new button had disappeared from the ribbon but is still in the commands section. So it is not here:

How do I get it back on the ribbon. (This is the new {0} button we are talking about).
