Expalin any real time scenario about business process flow
One can use the Business Process Flow for several reasons. But it is mostly used to secure that a user/employee always works on a specific record following the companies "processes". Records of specified entities shall be put through specific process stages in order to fulfill the companies process.
You could set up a Business Process Flow for working on the Case Entity in order to set up a ticketing process. For example:
Phase 1: Ticket Creation
Phase 2: Investigation
Phase 3: Solution / Workaround
Phase 4: Customer Feedback
You could set up a Business Process Flow on a custom entity in order to picture a lifecycle of a record. For example something like an Asset:
Phase 1: Purchase
Phase 2: Usage
Phase 3: Revision
Phase 4: Retirement
Basically there are so many different ways to use the Business Process Flows. Also the BPFs can stretch over multiple entities. Perfect feature for a Sales process, which can start with the Lead entity, moving over to the Opportunity and ending in a Quote. The possibilities are almost endless for using this feature.
