I would like to know as to how I can get trained as a Dynamics crm administrator so that the organization I work for does not have to pay for someone to deal with any issues that any users are have and I am able to talk directly to Microsoft myself

You can start by getting a Dynamics certification. For example, you can:
- Work on the free learning paths for certification PL200 (docs.microsoft.com/.../pl-200) or MB901 (docs.microsoft.com/.../mb-901)
- There are also paid, in-person trainings. In docs.microsoft.com/.../pl-200t00 you can search for a partner within your area that delivers this particular training
These are the basic certifications available. From there you can build some more background with other certifications (MB210 on Sales functionality, for example). This will cover from both business perspective as well as technical perspective.
There are also some other trainings/Videos available on specific topics (creating model driven Apps, canvas Apps, etc) available on different platforms like Linkedin Learning, Udemy, Coursera, etc.
