Import account statements automatically (search files automatic option?)

Dear Community,

I am currently exploring ways to smoothen the process of uploading bank statements into Navision, as we currently do this on a daily basis and it takes quite a while for multiple banks. In the 'Import Account Statements' pop-up window it gives the option to select 'search files automatic'. However, it is not very clear what this option does. Does it search for bank statements in a specific file path? Is it possible to manually select this path?

I have not been able to find more information on this specific option online, but perhaps some of you are more familiar with its practical uses?

Hello - We took a look at the NAV in US and UK and we cannot seem to find this option. Can you describe how you get to this window?
