Hi everyone.

I have currently made a setup of a completely new Bank account, made a new setup for CSV file import and have tried to import a bank statement however I still get this error. I´m not really that experienced with finance setup in BC but I have checked where I could, tried to change the Last Payment Statement No. to 1 but I still get this error.

Did anybody else experience this? I think that my setup is ok but to be honest this is my first time trying this.

Cannot create Payment Reconciliation Journal because Bank Statement exists for Bank Account

Hi,

If you look under the Bank Account Reconciliations for this new bank is there any records there? I would suggest that you delete this and then try again.
