Smartlist Affected By Transaction Entry Lookups

Hi,

We have a Smartlist favorite in the sales transaction entry folder.  The customer enters in a search parameters and results return as expected.  The customer also has the Sales Transaction Entry window open.

The customer does a lookup on the Ship To address and adds the Address 1 column to search on.  Once the column is added, the customer goes back to the Smartlist and enters a search parameter.  However, returns are no longer returned.

As anyone heard of this?

    Hi Steve,

    Is this a pre-canned GP Smartlist or one made in Smartlist Builder? If it is made in builder are there any restrictions on the back end that might cause this?
