I want to create a filter field, eg. I want to create a filter field on Service Account. So when I select any service account, work order related to that account start appearing on the map. How do I make such a filter field?
You could create a view with work order resource requirements and the associated account. Bring that view into the bottom panel of the schedule board. Then every column can be filtered on. With a huge number of accounts you could see performance issues.

actually, I want to make filter fields at Filter & Map View on top. Screen-shot attached. In Screen Shot as you see Characteristics-rating, like this I want to make a field and then want to filter the map as per it. Actually, I want to see work order on the map as per the selected account.
This approach doesn't work. The map displays resources, requirements and bookings.
The filter panel however is used to filter resources on the Gantt chart. Review the existing filters - they are all used to limit the suitable resources.
The only thing you could try is to create a new Requirement Map Filter View, but that would be a hard-coded filter for the entire schedule board.
