Not able to create an alert rule for employee

Hello,

I am  trying to create an alert rule for an employee. When a employee is hired then it should send the alert.

When creating alert then It is giving an error saying that real field must be filled in.

    Hi Adam,

    I had a similar case for one of my customers and there is a feature that should be disabled.

    This feature  "(Preview) Ensure required unbound controls are filled in" should be disabled and try again with alert for employee form.

    Actual i did create the alert but i can't see anything on my profile which shows i created the alerts. Please the doc below
