I am trying to create a new sales type ID in GP, something like STDSKO. It would work exactly like the STDORD but instead the number would be SKO000001 and so on. However the "New" button is greyed out.
Any info is appreciated! Thanks!
Tools->Setup->Sales->Sales Order Processing->Sales Document Setup choose the type of document and then create the new document ID.
Pay attention to the various options available for each type of document.
