Hi,
Has anyone encountered an issue where a staff signing into MS Dynamics keeps getting the home version instead of the Business version.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance and thank you in advance :)

Do you happen to have a screenshot of what your staff sees when signing in? What version/build are you using of Microsoft Dynamics?

You showed a screenshot of the Dynamics 365 Home page. This is a landing page where you can pin multiple Dynamics 365, Power Platform related applications and some other third party apps.
If you click on the top-left button, you should get an overview of your Dynamics apps as well.
