Dynamics 365 sub-grid not working

I am using Dynamics 365, previously the sub-grid was working fine, it will populate the child cases related to the parent case, but today I found out the sub-grid is not working. Click on the "To load Case records, click here." does not work.

Anyone faces such issue before, please advise. Thanks.

I have the same issue and we must resolved it immediately,nothing doesnt work now

MS has acknowledge the issue, if you raise a ticket with MS, there's a prompt indicating the current issue are being resolved by MS.

But moving forward, Microsoft is going to deprecate the Legacy form rendering.

By MS: Legacy form rendering (sometimes called “refresh forms”) will be deprecated from next major release of Dynamics CRM.

Make sure Legacy form rendering is turned off.
