eConnect Fixed Allocation Accounts import

I am trying to setup an import for Fixed Allocation Accounts. I am getting an error "ta type char to int." (which doesn't help :)).

Do I need to include taUpdateCreateAccountRcd node in the XML file?

I tried without and got error that I needed Fixed Allocation Account string.

If anyone has a sample of XML file that works would be GREATLY appreciate. Any assistance GREATLY appreciated.
