Query Related Contacts from Primary

I need to email the Primary Contact on each Account where any related Contacts on that Account have not completed continuing education requirements. Now, I could just run a workflow against each Contact and send an email to the Primary Contact but the Primary would get several emails. Not very elegant. 

What I would like to do is in the body of the email display a table of related Contacts that need to complete the education requirement from an Account and send an email to the Primary Contact. Any ideas on this or examples in CRM or Power Automate?

    Hi,

    You can create a Scheduler Type of Power Automate.

    1.In this power automate, you can retrieve all account based on your condition.

    2.Once Account retrieve then you can get related contacts.

    Now, you have related contacts found in point 2 and primary contact in 1.

    After this you can send email using outlook connector and
    to create the table you can use link shared by Abdul Wahab in previous comment.
