Timer or time control for alerts

Hello!

Can you suggest a solution?

When I create an alert, for example, when consolidation has Status "Ended", get an alert / email in 40 minutes.

I need to get an alert/email in 40 minutes after consolidation`s Status turned into "Ended". How to set up this timer, or any solutions?
