Hi,

While sending request to GET the customer payments & vendor payments, receiving a blank response. Please advise how can Get the data, currently I am using the below API request for customer payments:

api/v1.0/companies(7ae38f27-11a8-eb11-bb60-00155df3a615)/customerPaymentJournals(b1574e9e-15a8-eb11-bb60-00155df3a615)/customerPayments

I've also attached the blank response from above API request.

The confusion may stem from where you think this is grabbing data from. Here is the code of the page: github.com/.../APIV2CustomerPayments.Page.al

It is not looking at customer ledger entries. It is for payments logged as journal lines. Difference between this endpoint and the customerPaymentJournals is that you are only querying the batch level of a journal.

I would suggest reviewing whether this endpoint actually does what you require.

It seems that you are correct, is there any way to get the data from REST API for payments and Credit Notes.

Not best practice but the quickest none development route is web services. Publish the customer ledger entries page and use the url it produces. Ensure you get the filters right to limit poor performance. Other choice is to develop a custom api page - if you don’t have the in house skills for that check out the simple object designer on appsource
