I checked with logging in as "sa". But still its greyed out. I am pretty sure that we dont have licence for modifier.

Hi Dipal,
It might be worth logging in as sa, if you didn't already, to confirm it isn't just a security permission which is disabling it for you.

I checked in dynamics. Modifier option is greyed out. I guess it means that we dont have licence for that.

Modifier comes as part of the Customisation Suite; if you have a licence for this then Modifier will be enabled on the Customisation menu.

The easiest way to do this would be to add an Extender window with the additional field(s) you need. Extender is an optional product that enables creation of additional windows that can be linked to existing windows. Otherwise, you would need to customize the existing form using Modifier.
