Conditionally Trigger Power Automation from SO (When a record is created)

Hi

Let say we want to notify specific user when SO with specific part number created. Is it anyway that we can set power automation (when a record is created) conditionally? Like only send email if sales line included specific item? Also, is sales line available for Power Automation?

    At present it’s not a capability of the BC connector for a filter on the trigger. However, you can run a condition directly after the trigger. Sales line is available but it’s not a good one to trigger as it’s probably heavily used and you’d need the filter on the trigger not after it. Could you not run a scheduled flow every hour or so and query exclusively for certain items? The find entries of the connector would give you that. You can set OData filters. Not the same but similar construct to this flow: joshanglesea.wordpress.com/.../

    Thanks for response. I am not sure how to "run a scheduled flow every hour or so and query exclusively for certain items?". This method will work but since I am new in Flow I do not know how to do this. Do you know any good source that I can read and review to set such a flow up?
