In Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010, is it possible to take a specific field and get details on all that it links to, such as SmartLists, reports, and other such items?
If not, then would the Support Debugging Tool's Information Resource tool do the job?

The Support Debugging Tool is definitely the way to go. You can look up all sorts of great information on how field relates to tables, windows, security, reports, etc.
You can find everything you need on it including download links at David Musgrave's (Microsoft developer in Australia) blog:
