You can get data duplicated between entities using mapping functionality in certain use cases. The other option would be to use a workflow on the creation or update of the field to populate the same data in another location.

Depending on exactly what you are looking to achieve you might also want to look at quick view forms to show the information from the related entity. Point to remember is that this method only gives visibility and you won't be able to edit the data directly from the quick view form.
There is no use of creating duplicate threads, As suggested in earlier threads you need to use Web API, you can look Rest builder as suggested in your earlier thread.
