error installing vs 10.0 SP 7

My client was attempting to install SP 7 in a terminal server environment. They have multiple databases of which 2 ran through successfully. The installation errored in the 3rd receiving the following error: 'The stored procedure smGrantAccessOnAccountMSTR returned the following results: DBMS: 0 Microsoft Dynamics GP.' They are currently restoring from backup. Has anyone else experienced issues with the SP? Thanks, Debi

It could also be a problem with your company records in th Dynamics database. Did they upgrade SQL or change server or anything like that lately?
