Does anyone know if the marketing email or any email is undelivered is the record is save into some entity? My customer have a requirement to trigger some email to PIC to update the email if there is any undelivered email.

Hi Teh,
1. Interaction data are Insights data, they are not directly accessible like other entity records.
The option to achieve your requirement would be that lauching an on-demand workflow to send email to PIC if email is soft or hard bounced.(undelivered)
You can activity email by adding "Send email step".
2. Due to without customization, traditional workflow could only send text email;
So if you would like to send HTML email to PIC, another option is that create a custom channel tile to replace "launch workflow" tile.
The full process is:
Create a custom channel tile with tutorial from doc -> When custom channel tile is triggered, a "Custom Channel Activity" entity record will be created, which has a link to the contact that triggered it ->
create a flow, it triggers on creation of Custom Channel Activity, we can send HTML email with "Send email with Outlook(v2)" action and add linked contact information if necessary.
