How to refresh/executequery in ProjProjectListPage datasource

Hi All,

Our requirement is to filter the ProjProjectListPage form with "Business Partner" , we already have a customized display method for displaying "Business Partners" for Projects, we have tried on display method but it was not successful, 

we are trying with new string control added in "Filter" node of the form, and in modified method of the control as have a query which gives us the result for all the projects with the applied "Business Partner" name , we are getting all the projects related to "Business Partner" name , but we are unable to refresh the datasource of the form , below is the screen for the query : 

we are getting the result in qbds5 datasource, 

kindly help me on refreshing the form datasource to display the desired result.

    It's hard to understand something from your screenshot. Why do you add datasources to the query? And example you are referring to is very strange. All you need is to create a range in the ini() and then set value of this range.

    i have followed the link for he filter purpose  www.singlecoilinc.com/customizing-dynamics-ax-2012-listpage-filter-using-x

    not able to add range to the form datasource with the query datasource "qbds5" which we have written in the string form control modified method. we will try with your link as well, can you please help in adding ranges to the form data source , we have shared the screen in issue description.

    Please follow this docs article docs.microsoft.com/.../how-to-add-filter-controls-to-a-simple-list-form it explains how to add a filter control and which methods you need to override.
