Purchase Order Form Refresh from caller Form in Ax 2012

Dear All,

I have opened the Purchase Order Form from Item Arrival Journal Screen(Default values) like Jump Ref. Its opened respective PO which is in Reference Field of Item Arrival Header. After that when I select the another record from Item Arrival Journal, Existing PO Form getting refreshed and showing the Last Purchase Order. But it won't happened in other Details screens like PR, SO, Project etc.
