I'm dealing quite long with a difficult problem:
I'm trying to track some e-mails from a non-primary emailadress in my Outlook(2016).
The non-primary adress do have a exchange license, is not a shared-mailbox, original user is always active.
Specifications:
User can track from primary adress and non-primary adress (user@company.com + info@company.com)
However not from (officemanagement@company.com).
Can someone explain why info@company.com is possible, why officemanagement.com is not and how to fix this.

Is "info@company.com" an alias in Exchange for user@company.com?
