There was a problem while trying to set value for "ShowRatingUsing"

Hi Team,

Problem Description: All of a sudden in Workflows when i Click on "set properties" for updating case i am facing below error. It was working earlier properly. All of a sudden i am facing this.

Hi Team,

Finally i found the solution.

Open the Case form and open the properties of Notes Control. Then uncheck "Show Knowledge Base Search Control" checkbox and try. It will work.

This is happening only for Incident (Case) related workflows only. For other entities i am able to create workflows.

For Notes control i have not done any modifications.

There is an Unhandled Exception. It could be the property is deleted from the notes control. Was any permission been modified for the Workflow? Is this happening in any other On-Premise environment?
