Use of Exchange Hybrid Server profile

Hi,

When to use exchange hybrid server profile? I need to send email from crm with id like abc@contoso.com .In exchange hybrid and exchange online profile I don't find any field where i can give my server information.How to configure it?

You should set the exchange hybrid server by Email Configuration.

Hi Purnima,

It appears that you want to use Exchange Server with your Dynamucs 365 Online instance, if this is correct then you need to create a new email server profile and provide the required details. Refer below links:
