    Linda,

If Human Resources is installed there are some EEO reports in that that may be appropriate.

Also, Smart List in GP 2010 has much of what is needed by adding columns  to existing reports and making proper selections. For instance: adding Department, Gender, and Ethnic Origin columns to Employee List* report and removing identification information like names, street addresses and phone numbers can be the basis of the "Workforce Analysis: by Department, male, female, by ethnicity and grand total", exporting to Excel will allow for manipulation.

Using the same report add hire date to the column and select all individuals with a hire date after xx/xx/xx.  Where xx/xx/xx is the dated considered to be where new hires begin.  You can export to Excel and sort as desired.  You've got the New Hires and New Hires: by job group, female minority, female nonminority, total, male, minority, nonminority, total and GRAND TOTAL  reports.

    Hope this helps.

Hi Sue - sadly, no we were not. The customer is just making due with manual reporting.

Linda were you successful in finding a vendor or someone who has these reports already created?
