If a relationship has more than one field in the key, it does the validation on the Leave field to see if valid value was entered and should rather do it on the write. The problem is you have not entered all the fields and so it validates as if those values were empty, finds that no such record exists and gives an error.

that problem occurs because of creating relationship on tables directly,
in your case have you tried to use a map instead ?
The other solution is to customize the whole validation ...
