Hiding Personal Identifiable Information in Send Feedback Option

Hi,

When we try to send feedback within the Send Feedback/Performance Journal tab we are able to see the employee code of the employee we are sending feedback to.

Is there any way to hide this? Since it may be considered Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

Hi Jan,

Did you try with Security?

If No then check with Security diagnostics via options.

You can use personalization to hide the field.

Right-click on the form, Personalise and Hide.

Thanks Parag - does not work with Security since I am not able to find the specific Send Feedback table ?

For personalisation - how can i do it at an organisation level?

This is the standard lookup form and not possible to hide any field over there.

Hello Ian,

I do not believe there is a way to achieve the desired outcome as the information comes from the global address book and this pop out card cannot be modified.

I can think of only hiding the button altogether, if this is something that you might want to consider by changing the HcmPerfPraiseCreate to be set to deny.
