Macros not recording in MacroEvent table

These Macros will be the death of me!! I have my keyboard layout completed and some of the functions are macros. I recorded the first macro for MACRO 1 and it recorded successfully. Click the button for MACRO 1 and it didn't do anything. In the database, the Macro table has a record of my entry but the MacroEvent table is blank as if it did not record the steps. I'm going to bounce the services to see if that maybe helps but if others of you have seen this before and can point me the right way I'd appreciate it! Also...the POS client is running on same machine as SQL 2005 so nothing strange going on with the database connection.

Re: Macros not recording in MacroEvent table
May be an issue with OS's newer than XP (this is on Server 2008) based on this finding: ============================================ After aplying all the most recent patches for vista and RMS, I think I found MS fix for this problem, they just turned off the function for the macro button. Ctl-F3 doesn't do anything any more, which fixes the previous problem that it didn't work. The closest fix I could find for this problem, was to record the macro in RMS2sp1 on WinXP, then export the macro and macroevent tables with BCP, manually adjust some of the Time column values so none of the events tried to fire at the same time, and then replace the macro and macroevent tables on the vista machine with the backup, then fix the macroid fields in the macroevent table to line up with their corresponding macro entries .... and some of the macros would work after that.
